AccountManager Utilities
AccountManager has a variety of utilities that administrators or users with the proper access can use to easily update or change data. Some utilities can be used to move or reassign documents, while others can be used to affect a change to multiple documents simultaneously. Your AccountManager administrator may have restricted the availability and usage of certain utilities. See your administrator with any questions.

4. Follow the prompts to complete the action.
5. Most updates to Account profiles (i.e. Territory, Status, Category, etc) will not filter through to the Contact profiles until after System Maintenance has successfully run. (The Update Utility in System Maintenance will update contacts with the new values changed earlier on the accounts).
6. Note: Many of the utilities below require the SysAdmin role.
