AccountManager Account Number Entry View

The AccountManager “Account Number Entry” view provides the option for users to enter multiple account numbers for (if your configuration is set to use them).  The “Account Number Entry” view displays all the account numbers created in AccountManager whether they are created within this view, or by clicking on “New > Account Number” from within an account profile.   You may sort several of the columns to find information more quickly.

Once account numbers have been entered, they can be used in conjunction with the Account Number Import feature in SalesAnalysis (if configured to use that feature).

Creating Account Numbers:

1. Open AccountManager and go to the “Maintenance > Account Number Entry” view.

2. Click the “New Account Number” button.  A account number dialog box will appear.

3. Click the hyperlinks to select Company, and Principal.

4. Enter the appropriate number in the Account Number field, and click “OK.”
