Entry Name

Usage

Server Log Files

This view displays the System Maintenance and other log documents.  Administrators should check the “Verify” log for errors periodically

Agent Control

The Agent Control screen will allow the Administrator to enable and disable system agents.  The System Maintenance and other agents are controlled in this screen

Delete Pending

The Delete Pending views display all of the documents that have Marked for Delete but are not yet Approved for Delete (See Mark For Delete help)

The Delete Pending/All view displays all of the documents that have been marked for delete

Accounts

The Delete Pending/Accounts view displays all of the Account documents that have been marked for delete

Locations

The Delete Pending/Location view displays all of the Location documents that have been marked for delete

Contacts

The Delete Pending/Contacts view displays all of the Contact documents that have been marked for delete

Biz Docs

The Delete Pending/Biz Docs view displays all of the Business documents that have been marked for delete

Archive Pending

The Archive Pending views display all of the documents that have Marked for Archive but are not yet Approved for Archive (See more on Mark For Archive in Action Menu/Utilities help)

The Archive Pending/Biz Docs view displays all of the Business documents that have been Marked for Archive

Archive Approved

The Archive Approved view displays all of documents that have been Approved for Archive

Account Number Entry

The Account Number Entry view provides Administrators and easy way to enter multiple Principal Account Numbers for Accounts

Multiplier Entry

The Multiplier Entry view provides Administrators and easy way to enter multiple Multipliers for Accounts

Forecast Profile

The Forecast profile provides Administrators with a tool to control the Forecast display window (12 months starting at the date specified in the Forecast Profile)
